You can find information about the Danish state sector personnel in the publication State Sector Personnel in Denmark 2005. This year we have chosen to place focus on two areas: The number of positions in the highest salary grades and absence due to sickness. In addition, the publication contains sections on employee satisfaction, the inclusive labour market, collective agreemets, status of em-ployment, the new pay systems, and pension matters.
